Some popular Indian Jain food dishes:

  1. Khichdi: A simple one-pot dish made from rice and lentils (usually moong dal), cooked with minimal spices like cumin seeds and ghee.

  2. Thepla: Thin, spiced flatbreads made from whole wheat flour and spices like turmeric, cumin, and chili powder. They may be flavored with fenugreek leaves or spinach.
